With over 20 years of leadership experience, Neil brings extensive industry knowledge, with
a broad range of generalist involvement in large multinational organisations. His excellent
communication, interpersonal abilities and experience of managing multiple internal and
external stakeholders makes him a strong leader and an excellent contributor to the
company. His wide spread network and deep connect across clients and suppliers is a
testimony that he is a trusted partner and solution provider. With his strong leadership
skills, strategic thinking, clear vision, ability to view the bigger picture and understanding of
people dynamics, he builds winning teams and creates an inclusive environment for

Chirag Patel
GM - Operations
Chirag is a professional carrying a rich experience of working in the healthcare industry. His stronghold lies in B2B Marketing & Sales and leading end-to-end operations for domestic and international business. A strategist by nature, he plays a vital role in optimizing the resources of the organization – in terms of people, products and future business prospects. Flawless execution and undiluted focus are amongst his top qualities. Chirag is instrumental in laying down new business verticals that includes in-licensing of products, triggering new researches, strategic marketing of innovative & conceptual therapies; thereby creating long-term value for his business associations.
Rajesh Acharya
Global HR Head
Rajesh Acharya is a seasoned HR professional with over 24 years of experience in diverse
industries, having successfully contributed across Clinical Research, Life Sciences, Analytical
Instruments, ITES, Consulting, and Chemicals space. His career spans organizations of
varying scale—from emerging firms to Fortune 500 companies—bringing a unique blend of
strategic insight and operational excellence.
He has held pivotal roles and key positions at the companies he had worked with so far including his six years’ stint at Lambda Therapeutic Research, and about a decade at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Through his professional journey, Rajesh has consistently demonstrated the ability to build and transform HR functions, championing people strategies that drive business performance and cultural alignment.
He has held pivotal roles and key positions at the companies he had worked with so far including his six years’ stint at Lambda Therapeutic Research, and about a decade at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As the General Manager – Export Business, he leads our global expansion efforts and is instrumental in strengthening our footprint across international markets.
Throughout his career, Mr. Rathod has demonstrated a strong acumen in building sustainable business models, fostering key global partnerships, and driving revenue growth across regions including Africa, Southeast Asia, CIS, and MENA. His leadership is backed by significant tenures at some of the most respected names in the industry, including Zee Laboratories, USV, Macleods, and Sun Pharma.
Throughout his career, Mr. Rathod has demonstrated a strong acumen in building sustainable business models, fostering key global partnerships, and driving revenue growth across regions including Africa, Southeast Asia, CIS, and MENA. Byoungheon Lim
Associate Director – Business Development & Operations, USA
Lim brings a unique blend of strategic insight, operational excellence, innovative approach,and global perspective to his role with New Life Medicals wherein he will be driving business
development initiatives and strengthening operational frameworks to support the
company’s continued growth.
With a robust background in pharmaceutical supply chain, clinical trial supplies, and commercial operations, Lim has successfully led cross-functional teams across various geographies. His professional journey spans leadership roles in both the private sector and the U.S. Army, equipping him with a disciplined and solutions-oriented approach to complex business challenges. His leadership capabilities, global mind-set, and deep industry knowledge makes him a valuable asset to the New Life Medicals team.

Giles is the Responsible Person for New Life Biopharma Ltd, in Ireland, and has worked in Pharmaceutical Distribution since 1994.
Working with such notable firms as United Drug, Cahill May Roberts / Movianto and DSV Solutions, Giles has occupied roles as diverse as Category Manager, Warehouse Manager and Deputy Responsible Person throughout the past 30 years. These roles have seen him contribute to the significant growth of his employers’ businesses, the development of new services as well as contributing (on three separate occasions) to successful operations site transfers.
Working with such notable firms as United Drug, Cahill May Roberts / Movianto and DSV Solutions, Giles has occupied roles as diverse as Category Manager, Warehouse Manager and Deputy Responsible Person throughout the past 30 years.
