Scope

The following document standards apply to individuals / organizations who provide goods and services directly and/or indirectly to New Life Medicals Group, including, but not limited to, contractors, consultants, suppliers, customers and any other intermediaries on the procurement side, all of whom are herein referred to as ‘Business Partners’.

General Conduct

Our relation with the suppliers requires clearly defined prerequisites, exchange of information and sharing of mutual benefits. 

New Life Medicals Group is a global healthcare service providing company that specializes in distributing lifesaving medicine, like Reference Listed Drugs, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, Finished Drug Formulations, Orphan Drugs, Name Patient Supply Drugs, REMS, etc. The company’s services are used to help care for reaching to clinical trial facilities and supply the otherwise hard-to-procure drugs. In the field of biosimilars, New Life Medicals Group focuses on autoimmune disorders and oncology.

In general, business partners to New Life Medicals Group must meet certain quality and business practice standards. We expect the business partners to act according to both respectively national and international standards. New Life Medicals Group’s business practice standards are summarized in this document.

ACAB Policy

All the business partners must perform their obligations under a partnership only in full compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including the laws on fair competition, anti-corruption, anti-fraud, anti-money laundering and countering terrorism financing.

Partners will not, and will ensure that its employees, directors, officers, agents or other persons acting on its behalf do not, directly or indirectly, make any payment, contribution or gift to any public official, provider organization, customer or other person (any payoff, influence or facilitation of payment, bribe, rebate or kickback) for the purpose of obtaining a favorable treatment in securing or maintaining business or any other concession.

New Life Medicals Group conforms to the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the U.K. Bribery Act, Prevention of Corruption Act 1988, Criminal Justice (Corruption Offences) Act 2018, and similar anti-corruption laws worldwide, more broadly, reinforce our intentions and obligations to act honestly and ethically in all of our business dealings. We expect our partner to act in a similar manner.

Confidential Information Policy

Confidential information includes facts, data and knowledge that haven’t been disclosed to the public. Business partners shall safeguard by using appropriate technical and organizational measures and make only appropriate use of confidential information to ensure that all business partners’ privacy, trade secrets and valid intellectual property rights are protected.

Many different types of information are of value due to their confidentiality. Such information includes data such as financial, marketing, strategic, human resource, and material non-public information.

Employment Practices

New Life Medicals Group is guided by our commitment to treating all employees with dignity and respect and believes in the value of workplace diversity. We respect and support human rights as they are defined by international standards, such as the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Fundamental Principles as published by the International Labor Organization (ILO) and aim to fulfil them in our responsibility.

New Life Medicals Group expects the same commitment from its business partners and expects corresponding behavior from its business partners.

Fair Employment Opportunity

New Life Medicals Group supports equal opportunities and takes a clear stand against discrimination. No one may ever be discriminated against, e.g., for their skin color, race, gender, religion, political views, age, physical constitution, sexual orientation, appearance, or other personal characteristics.

Business partners are also expected to comply with all the applicable employment laws and regulations including statutes prohibiting discrimination in the workplace. Business partners shall not discriminate against any worker based on race, gender, color, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, political affiliation, union membership, national origin, religion, or marital status in hiring and employment practices such as applications for employment, promotions, rewards, access to training, job assignments, wages, benefits, discipline, and termination.

All overtime shall be voluntary and should not exceed applicable legal limits.

Health and Safety

New Life Medicals Group expects all business partners to fully comply with respective applicable national laws and statutes governing health and safety at work. Business partners should work on elimination of actual as well as potential health and safety risks at work including emergency situations. Moreover, all business partners are expected to train their employees for the purpose of preventing accidents and occupational disease.
